Our Story
Ear Care Singapore was established with a single mission: to provide Singaporeans with safe, pain-free, and effective ear wax removal using the latest microsuction technology.
Our founders are former ENT consultants from Singapore General Hospital (SGH) who saw a gap in community ear care. Many patients suffered from recurrent infections, hearing loss, and discomfort because they had no access to specialist microsuction outside of hospital settings.
We opened our first clinic at Lucky Plaza, Orchard Road, in 2012. Since then, we have grown into Singapore's most trusted ear care clinic, serving over 15,000 patients – from infants to seniors.

👨⚕️ Dr. James Tan (Medical Director)
Former ENT Registrar at Singapore General Hospital. Over 12 years of experience in ear microsuction. Trained in Germany's leading otology centre. Specialises in complex wax impaction and fungal infections.
👩⚕️ Dr. Rachel Lim (Senior ENT Specialist)
Former Consultant at KKH Department of Otorhinolaryngology. Expert in paediatric ear wax removal. Gentle, child-friendly approach. Also specialises in hearing aid management for elderly.

Monday – Friday: 9:30am to 5:30pm
Saturday: 9:30am to 12:30pm
Evening appointments available until 10pm (by prior arrangement).
Closed on Sundays and public holidays.
